Please refer to the information sheet provided at orientation talk on Sunday. The benefit of taking a Russian Steam Bath is to boost and regulate the immune system by creating a false fever then shocking the body with cold water, which causes the body to release white blood cells from the bone marrow thus enhancing immunity and healing. We recommend a minimum of 2 steams a day if your personal schedule permits.

Our kitchen will do its utmost best to facilitate all your dietary requirements during your stay. All of our meals are 100% gluten free and are freshly prepared on site with locally grown and pesticide free produce. We also do our best to source organic wherever possible.
