The Power Cleanse Retreat is a structured 7-day detox designed to help you reset your body, restore clarity and rebuild your energy.
Guided by our naturopathic team, your stay includes personalised consultations, advanced health testing and a carefully supported approach to cleansing, combining wholefoods, targeted nutrition and restorative treatments.

During the Power Cleanse, your body is supported through a structured detox process designed to reset your system without extreme restriction.
Rather than fasting on water alone, this program uses a supported approach that includes wholefoods, targeted nutrition and, for part of the week, a guided cleanse using juices, smoothies, protein shakes and broths.

At Living Valley, all programs and packages are designed for individual guests seeking healing, rest, and rejuvenation. However, we warmly welcome couples who wish to attend together and share in the experience.

Please note the following conditions apply for couples:
Couples may only share a room in Superior Room levels and above.
When a couple books and shares an eligible room, the second person will receive a 20% discount on the program/package price.
This couples’ rate is applicable only when both individuals are participating in a full residential program and staying in the same eligible room.
Shared accommodation is not available in Standard Rooms or Basic options due to space and privacy considerations.
This policy has been created to ensure both comfort and the integrity of our wellness programs, while also offering value for those attending as a couple.

All bookings are subject to availability. Conditions apply. All rates are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), are per person, and include GST. The specific inclusions of your stay will depend on the program type and any promotional offer applied at the time of booking. For full details of what is included in your package, please refer to your official booking confirmation.
A $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For stays longer than 1 week, a $1000 per week of stay is required. For special promotional packages, full payment may be required upfront.
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, in the event you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a family member or friend, provided the transfer is arranged through our Booking Team with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. A $150 name change / rebooking fee will apply. This transfer option is available once only and is subject to approval. Should you need to change your booking dates, the following fees will apply:
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans. This includes local guests, as a retreat booking is considered a full holiday package and is subject to our standard cancellation terms.
