A $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For stays longer than 1 week, a $1000 per week of stay is required. For special promotional packages, full payment may be required upfront. Please see cancellations policy below.

Early Departures
Guests who depart early are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers for any unused portion of their stay.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, cancellations, illness or travel disruptions.
Unexpected Events Beyond Our Control
Living Valley is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather events, government restrictions, illness outbreaks or travel disruptions.
In these circumstances, any available credits, postponements or changes will remain at the discretion of management.
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans. This includes local guests, as a retreat booking is considered a full holiday package and is subject to our standard cancellation terms.
