Aaron Hogben, our experienced personal trainer and functional movement specialist, works in conjunction with your cleansing program and current fitness level to provide you with a personalised program that’s simple to follow and designed to support you beyond your stay.

Guests who combine movement with the cleansing and detoxifying aspects of our programs often notice a significant shift in how they feel. Improved energy, better mobility and a stronger connection to their body are common outcomes. Aaron’s approach focuses on building strength, stability and movement patterns that support everyday life, making it something you can realistically continue at home.

Our fitness packages offer excellent value and a highly personalised experience. Where sessions are included as part of your retreat, they begin with an assessment of your current movement and fitness level, followed by tailored one-on-one training designed around your needs. You’ll also leave with a clear, easy-to-follow exercise plan, supported with guidance and visuals, so you can continue your progress long after the retreat.

Start your fitness journey with one on one personal training sessions, which are designed to work in conjunction with your cleansing program and fitness level, and provide you with an easy to follow personalised program to take home.

Three sessions during a 7-day retreat | $375
Four sessions during a 14-day retreat | $480

Mindful Movement 1 hour | $145

Mindful Movement is a private one hour session personalised to you, using gentle stretching exercises combined with pilates and yoga like techniques. Your instructor will help you focus on mindfulness and being present. 

Additional sessions | $125 each

Release and Restore 1 hour | $145

Release and Restore is a one hour private session combining dynamic and static stretching to actively open the spine and gently release fascia. This creates powerful potential for transformation and holistic healing on all layers of being- body, mind and soul. We seal the class with a guided imagery relaxation to allow you to fully embody calm and connection to the heart-mind. This practice dissolves tension in the deeper layers of the body to bring long-lasting relief and optimum cellular health, as well as refreshes the mind to allow clarity and deeper understanding to flow.

Aaron Hogben

Fitness and Movement Coach

Aaron’s background spans multiple disciplines, from strength and conditioning through to martial arts, yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement from The University of South Australia, along with Certificate III and IV in Fitness. What stands out most is his philosophy. For Aaron, movement isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about learning how to move well, building strength, coordination and stability in a way that supports the body long-term
