ARRIVAL & WELCOME

Your day begins with a fresh cold-pressed juice on arrival, followed by a guided introduction to the retreat grounds and wellness facilities. Take in the peaceful surroundings before settling into a slower pace for the day ahead.

MORNING WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

Begin your morning in the warmth of our steam rooms, designed to support relaxation and detoxification.

You’ll then have the option to experience hydrotherapy through our cold plunge pools, before unwinding beside the grander fresh water lap pool and settling into a slower pace for the day ahead.

NOURISHMENT & DAY SPA

Enjoy a 1.5-hour Day Spa treatment designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system and leave you feeling deeply rested, followed by a nourishing wellness lunch in our main centre, offering the opportunity to slow down and connect with fellow guests.

AFTERNOON RESET

Continue your afternoon with a rejuvenating facial, before slowing down beside the pool, journaling on the Serenity Sun Deck or browsing our on-site health shop.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Enjoy a house-made wellness treat and herbal tea as a final moment of relaxation before heading home feeling rested, restored and reconnected.

Booking terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Day Retreat. Payments are non-refundable, however bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member should you no longer be able to attend, provided notice is given prior to your booking date. A minimum of 3 days notice is required for any date changes or rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Living Valley reserves the right to amend or reschedule bookings where required due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
