The 7 Day Healthy Holiday is our signature restorative retreat, designed to help you reset, recharge and revive without intensity or restriction.
Across seven nourishing days, you are gently guided back into rhythm. Mornings begin with guided walks and functional movement. Days unfold with therapeutic treatments, steam baths, relaxation classes and time to simply rest. Evenings are quiet, reflective and deeply restorative.
