Availability & Pricing

All bookings are subject to availability. Conditions apply. All rates are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), are per person, and include GST. Rates are current as of 1 July 2025 and may be subject to change without prior notice. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact our bookings team on 1800 644 733.

Package Inclusions

The specific inclusions of your stay will depend on the program type and any promotional offer applied at the time of booking. For full details of what is included in your package, please refer to your official booking confirmation.

Deposits & Payments

A $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For stays longer than 1 week, a $1000 per week of stay is required. For special promotional packages, full payment may be required upfront.

Cancellations & Postponements

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, in the event you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a family member or friend, provided the transfer is arranged through our Booking Team with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. A $150 name change / rebooking fee will apply. This transfer option is available once only and is subject to approval.

Should you need to change your booking dates, the following fees will apply:

Postponements will incur a A fee of $150 per person, per package and is available once only.
Bookings can only postponed within a 6 month period of the original booking date.
Any cancellation 7 day prior to arrival, Non on-arrival, or early departure: will insecure a 100% cancellation fee of the total package price.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans. This includes local guests, as a retreat booking is considered a full holiday package and is subject to our standard cancellation terms.
