Several years ago, we introduced GRANDER® freshwater technology into our lap pool. After experiencing the difference for ourselves, we later expanded the system into our plunge pool and other water systems throughout the retreat.

Guests often comment on the feeling of the water. Many describe it as fresh, soft and enjoyable to swim in, without the strong smell commonly associated with traditional pools.

For us, the decision aligned with our broader philosophy of creating an environment that supports wellbeing while reducing unnecessary chemical exposure wherever possible.

Today, our freshwater lap pool remains one of the most loved spaces on the property. Whether it's an early morning swim, a refreshing dip after a steam session, or simply a quiet moment overlooking the hinterland, it has become an important part of the Living Valley experience.
