To say that Living Valley Springs has had a profound effect on me is an understatement. It is a truly amazing place filled with very special people. Kindness is a gift of the heart that the staff here have been blessed with in abundance.
I anticipated my time here as a physical challenge to get my body back into shape but the biggest challenge has been healing emotionally and mentally. It has been a long time since I felt so good in myself. Now I feel empowered and alive and looking forward to a balanced life and the challenge to keep it that way.
