It’s been a long hot summer and we are all welcoming the winter season this year, cool nights, warm fires and cosy beds. Some of us dread this time of year as winter brings about more viruses and bugs, officially it’s the cold and flu season. However with a little bit of effort we can boost our immune system and keep well, so we can enjoy this time of year.
